newsletter directed to professors of public administration,
public affairs, and public policy, as well as professional
emergency managers and officials, engaged or interested in
scholarly research of emergency management, disaster
policies and programs, and related issues. Continuous
publication 1984-2000.
The newsletter
currently had 230 paid subscribers representing 48 states
and six foreign countries. The newsletter was the official
publication arm of the American Society for Public
Administration's Section on Emergency and Crisis
Management.
